Benchmark Hospitality International appoints Stephanie Sheeran Regional Director Revenue Management
Benchmark Hospitality International?, a leading U.S.-based hospitality management company, has named Stephanie Sheeran regional director revenue management. Kim Nugent, vice president revenue management, made the announcement. Ms. Sheeran will be based in Benchmark’s Home Office in The Woodlands, Texas, near Houston.
“I am very pleased to welcome Stephanie into the Benchmark family,” said Ms. Nugent. “She comes to us with extremely qualified credentials to run our new global reservations center, and is exceptionally focused on assisting our guests to have the best travel experience possible – whether for business or pleasure. That’s very important to all of us at Benchmark.”
In her new position, Stephanie Sheeran will oversee the global room reservations system for Benchmark Hospitality’s portfolio of luxury hotels and resorts, managing a team of nine reservations professionals. Ms. Sheeran was previously market revenue management operations leader for Marriott International, Inc., serving the brand’s hotels within the Houston market. She was promoted to this position following success as the director of market strategy for the company’s north Houston cluster. She began her career working in reservations sales.
Stephanie Sheeran attended the University of Houston, Conrad N. Hilton College of Hotel & Restaurant Management. Active in professional and community organizations, she served for the past two years as chairperson of the Marriott Houston Business Council’s successful Annual Blanket Drive. She resides in the Houston area.
