two to four, Dorking brings pop-up restaurant to Surrey


two to four restaurant in Dorking?s West Street recently received their first listing in the Michelin Guide 2013 and are also bringing a pop-up to Surrey.

This winter the restaurant is creating a pop-up restaurant and will be joined by a guest chef.? Their first host chef comes in the form of critically acclaimed chef Ian Atkinson, who has spent the past three years at the Michelin starred Nahm at The Halkin, Knightsbridge with the renowned David Thompson. He also worked with Christine Mansfield and Margan Restaurant in New South Wales, Australia.? As well as being one of the 2009 Electrolux Young Chef Finalists.

Ian will be working closely with Chef Gathercole on their forthcoming Spanish Gourmet night menu on 28th November at two to four and be bringing an eclectic essence to the local restaurant and looks forward to working with the team.

With a menu sourced from local suppliers where possible and an innovative twist of flavours, two to four continues to serve up some of the best food in Surrey and is listed in the top 50 in the TripAdvisor rankings for Dorking.

Gathercole is delighted to have Ian join them and said;

?It?s great to bring something new to the area and create our own pop-up style restaurant with a host chef.? It?s an exciting concept that is only really done in London and so we thought why not bring it to Surrey!?
