Global Views magazine is a prestigious business publication published in Taiwan. In its twelfth year, Global Views? Five-Star Service Awards, also known as ?The Oscars of the Service Industry in Taiwan?, evaluated a total of 268 companies in 19 industries, with 25 professional mystery shoppers. Mandarin Oriental, Taipei stood out among 20 competing five-star hotels and was named the ?Best Business Hotel? at Global Views magazine?s 2014 Five-Star Service Awards, highlighting the hotel?s outstanding performances in service attitude, problem-solving skills and other evaluation indicators.
